- 04Yes, we offer professional, custom deer processing services during hunting season. We accept field-dressed deer and provide: Basic cut packages (backstrap, roast, grind, steaks) Specialty items: Snack sticks Summer sausage Breakfast sausage Vacuum sealing & labeled packaging Turnaround times vary based on volume, but we take pride in clean, quality processing that hunters trust.
- 05Yes—we cater events of all sizes! Whether you’re feeding a family of 20 or a company of 200, we’ll build a custom spread to fit your needs. Our catering menu includes: Smoked meats (brisket, sausage, pulled pork) Sides like beans, potato salad, mac & cheese, and slaw Bread, BBQ sauce, utensils, and trays included You can request pickup or talk to us about on-site service for larger events.
