- 04Yes, we offer professional, custom deer processing services during hunting season. We accept field-dressed deer and provide: • Basic cut packages (backstrap, roast, grind, steaks) • Specialty items: • Snack sticks • Summer sausage • Breakfast sausage • Vacuum sealing & labeled packaging Turnaround times vary based on volume, but we take pride in clean, quality processing that hunters trust.
- 05Yes—we cater events of all sizes! Whether you’re feeding a family of 20 or a company of 200, we’ll build a custom spread to fit your needs. Our catering menu includes: • Smoked meats (brisket, sausage, pulled pork) • Sides like beans, potato salad, mac & cheese, and slaw • Bread, BBQ sauce, utensils, and trays included You can request pickup or talk to us about on-site service for larger events.
